你的面包看起比较实,不过我想质地是软的。我也曾经做了很多次这样的面包,不是很发,看上去实实的,吃时却是软软的咯!

我有时做东西要看心情咯,有时看电视看到没时间不想做,就只有苦在后头咯!
你说对了,我的面包是比较实,不是非常的发,不过质感是软的,我和同事都喜欢吃这种质感的面包,各人的口味都不同。有些面包很发,但是隔天面包的质感很干,我们反而不是很喜欢。
还有,悄悄告诉你,我连鸡蛋也懒得涂了,家里没有fresh cream, 我就用fresh milk取代,所以会比较moist一点,I find it ok but 师傅知道了我一定会被骂的:@ 哈哈!

Can replace fresh cream with fresh milk?Sometimes I oso didnt bake bcos dont hv fresh cream.Ur bread looks good,mine next day v hard. Must chk with Aunt Irene what's wrong.

That's bcos u can bake so much better than us, so we hv to wk harder than u. Hehe..

Haha.. Oink Oink, think u better don't follow me lah, coz I did it as a last resort, don't have the fresh cream lor, then remember some bread receipes also use milk, so just give it a try, & turned out the texture was to my liking, heehee. It's best that u consult auntie Irene for the correct method.
I agree with u, Mary's baking & cooking skill is much better than us, so we have to work double, no..triple hard.. ;(

其实都是勤劳和懒惰在做怪,我就是个懒惰虫,喜欢吃却懒得去动手做,加上一天24小时间不够用。在你这里没看到你本人的相片哦!可以的话post几张来看看。^_^
