今天在auntie Irene 家学做了这个美味可口的云石巧克力乳酪蛋糕。要感谢Mary的一再的尝试，引起了我莫大的兴趣，这蛋糕肯定是很美味的咯，否则Mary不可能连续做了四次给家人吃。加上我也超爱吃chocolate & cheese, 所以今天就吵着auntie Irene教我做这个Marble Chocolate Cheese Cake. 蛋糕的口感是软中带脆，既有乳酪的香醇，也有浓郁的巧克力香味，真的是超好吃 。Chocolate & cheese混合所呈现的的层次和云石纹路也很漂亮哦！我本身就从来没有吃过这种二合为一的蛋糕really yummy yummy， 所以要在此特别推荐给大家！
非常感谢auntie Irene的细心教导，太棒了！

It's kind of last minute, auntie Irene rang me to help her out with the 豆沙饼 making so she has 贵宾拜访..嘻嘻, then decide to make this yummy cake which Mary has tried upteen times. As always, it looked pretty easy with 师傅 around to guide & assist, hahaha...

thanks a million for introducing this cake, u are damn right, it's really yummily good. It has the cream cheese softness plus the chocolate crispness, and the moist texture very unique. I heard from auntie Irene that this is also MC King's favourite cake which she has baked for his last birthday, now I know why...
I also don't really fancy the creamy type of cake, therefore prefer this type of cake texture, & also bread, scones...
We sticked to the recipe for the sugar quantity, and the cake's sweetness turned out to be just nice, not very sweet, may be because it strike a balance with the bitter chocolate.
Aiyo! Richard & you have flattered me, make me paiseh leh, don't forget I have auntie Irene by my side to guide & assist me, credit should go to her, I'm just a learner and her assistance. U are much smarter than me才是高徒, can do without seeing demo. Auntie Irene is full of praises for u leh 师姐!

Think u are just as hardworking as Mary, always very fast & keen in trying out new recipe, auntie Irene also praises that u the one who has improved tremendously. Ok lah since u are so hardworking, although I love my cake very much, can still afford to courier a slice to u (just one slice only huh more don’t have liao) to diao diao your appetite hahaha, anyway u r going to learn to bake this weekend mah...heeheehee

子干大哥, thanks a lot (also on behalf of auntie Irene) for the nice words for the 云石巧克力乳酪蛋糕. 我有slowly appreciate the cake before savor it very slowly, take a long time to finish a slice. Of course I have to consume the food no matter what, coz if I don’t eat up the nice food, it then means I am doing the food a disfavour, I m the zhi yin ren...hahaha..
啊喲, why u also want to follow the others in teasing me, I very paiseh u know, coz I am still a junior learner and auntie Irene has helped me with the cake making….

Welcome back to Singapore, how’s your holiday? Needless to say, must be very enjoyable and memorable right!? You must have got more sun tanned now. Singapore has also been so hot & sunny for the last few days.
Ok lah, lucky u came just in time for the last 2nd piece of cake, the rest all snap up very fast liao.... Got to wait for this Saturday when Dorene learns to bake this cake from auntie Irene. Remember to be early to take Q no. at her house ok? Heehee…
