Puff Pastry for breakfast


这是我今天和前几天为家人准备的早餐,是用之前做好的puff pastry包裹的,里面夹了沙丁鱼和sausage 两种。烘好的pastry 卖相好像不怎么样hor,应该是烘炉温度和时间拿捏得不好咯 :/ 真是伤脑筋啊!

你的puff pastry看起油油的,应该是烘的时间不够或者是炉的温度不够高. 再加油哦! :)

谢谢你,我的puff pastry的确是烘的时间不够和炉的温度不够高,后来问过auntie Irene后,在烘sauage puff时(下图)比较好一点。我的小(笑)烘炉very difficult to control to get it right most of the time, too hot will burn easily. Sigh.. One day I will forsake it & get a better one..hahaha.

If u think of forsake your old oven, then do it fast cos it's a matter of time, so u dont to endure its "temper". Believe me, if u want to get a new oven, buy a gd 1, think of long term. I got my lesson many x, always try to save$ and end up hv to buy 2nd 1, waste even mo $.

u are right, must save more $ to invest a good one, this oven belongs to my sister leh, she will be upset if I get rid of it when it is still functioning (although not so well:p). So the oven better behave itself or I'll disown it one day, hahaha.

thank you for your encouragement, I'll just have to keep trying, to learn from mistakes...

Nicole, 有时要做东西给家人吃也是要看心情和时间的,要不然会弄到自己焦头烂,忙怀的。anyway, 看到他们吃得开心赞赏,我也开心咯!嘻嘻!

要买那一个品牌的烘炉比较好呢?价钱?因为想买一台,但是无从下手。
