又是一个意犹未尽的周末，何谓意犹未尽呢？因为好吃的美食糕点佳肴又一再重现咯。。。
这个biscotti 是Sharon 星期六要求auntie Irene 教她做的。。。哈哈哈， 我想她呀，八成是看到我，Nicole 和 Oink Oink 已学过，并已吃到不亦乐乎，而她却还没学过，再加上上周六尝到DS带来的biscotti, 吃到她欲罢不能，蠢蠢欲动想做来尝个痛快！ 嘻嘻~ 托她的福，我，还有L-5, 也有口福吃到auntie Irene 香脆无比的Almond Biscotti，谢谢Sharon ！
Auntie Irene 应Sharon 的要求，再次做Chiffon Cake, 这次auntie Irene 提议做个不同口味的Chocolate Chiffon Cake. 这个chiffon cake 发得挺高的，口感更不用说，还是一样的松软，轻按时有弹性， 加上巧克力的香醇美味，超好吃！
金黄晶莹剔透的碱水粽配上榴莲馅，别有一番风味，爱吃榴莲的你，是不是也想试一试啊！这个就是赶在星期天端午节结束前，做最后一次冲刺，却第一登场的榴莲碱水粽。它是就地取材，用现有的durian paste 存货做的。我本来已打算再绑碱水粽，auntie Irene 建议不如一起来绑，结果我们联合绑了2kg 的无料和榴莲馅的碱水粽，哈哈哈，你是不是认为我们绑粽子绑上瘾呢！ 在此，要感谢auntie Irene 的协助！
这又是一个让人无法抗拒的light fruit cake. 那天auntie Irene 做了一份送给Richard, 听到他说一向不爱吃蛋糕的老婆，却对此蛋糕情有独钟，赞不绝口！于是也想做一份来重温它的魅力所在。 哇！这个充满着金黄+黑葡萄干和香醇rum风味的轻果料蛋糕, 果然魅力十足！ 谢谢auntie Irene 的分享！
瞧！这是我们一分为三的轻果料蛋糕。 Auntie Irene 说我们也有机会品尝到，不必羡慕Richard 咯，嘻嘻。。。
哗！这碟辣椒虾是不是很诱人，挑动着你的食欲！嘻嘻....我们可以理解的，因为我们重看照片时也不禁对它垂涎欲滴...它实在太美味了，让你欲罢不能，虾一个接一个吃， 它的酱汁辛辣带酸甜，非常开胃，最后被我们'舔'到一干二净哟, 哈哈哈。。。这伙儿，你们不必再望梅止渴，很快可以动手炒来吃咯。。。因为auntie Irene 决定在这个星期一和二通过97.2粉樱的《厨房笔记》单元分享这一道让人回味无穷的美味食谱，大家可要锁定收听噢！
哈哈，我们在大快朵颐的当儿，想到这道菜肴也是Nicole 的最爱，因为前两个周末，我们也吃得不亦乐乎。。。可惜这个周末Nicole 要去探访柔佛的老友，没能与我们共享，错过了美食。。。
再次感谢auntie Irene 与我们分享美味佳肴和糕点！当然，也不忘了谢谢你星期六烹煮得非常甜美可口的广式猪肉丸粥！

thanks again...haha...i can never say no to this crispy biscotti...in order to make sure I have the supply whenever I feel like munching it, I usually store it really air-tight, eat sparingly, so can last me for awhile...

hahaha...the chilli prawn really makes one saliva drooling right? No problem, next time auntie Irene will sure to whip one extra spicy chilli prawn for u, knowing u are chilli queen just like her...
the chocolate chiffon cake is really nice, we use Hershey cocoa powder so the colour is not very dark...I will also want to try to bake it again at home...hopefully soon...hahaha...
oh no..u hungry now? sorry...but it's bad to have supper at this hour le...heehee..

那你可要快点去学咯，相信你也会爱上auntie Irene 的 biscotti & chilli prawns, 它们也是我们的最爱，尝过后就会对它念念不忘...不要再流口水了，事不宜迟，晚餐快去炒一蝶辣椒虾来吃个痛快吧。。。哈哈哈。。。你知道吗，我好像第一次吃那么只虾耶，把胆固醇什么的全抛到脑后了。。。因为它的酱汁太美味可口了。。。

Ur descriptions to the last week's yummys were so precise. The Chilli Prawns were very yummy. If u listen to the radio, Violet mentioned on Mon & Tue that Auntie Irene invited 2 friends to try the Prawns and eat until the plate completely clean.
