一直以来很想买一台较大一点的烘炉来制作糕点，大约两个星期前趁百货商店有折扣优待，决定购买Joanne 也在使用，价廉物美的烘烤炉。。。在此，谢谢Joanne 的推荐！
想一想。。。第一次启用烤炉，该烘什么蛋糕呢？难度太高的不行，要不然做不成，岂不是泼自己冷水！。。。auntie Irene 提议试做千层糕，因为Joanne 做得挺好的。。。哇，我可不敢咧，还没学走，就要学飞。。。于是乎，还是决定做 Pandan Chiffon Cake.... 谢谢auntie Irene 的教导和食谱！
这就是我的新烤炉的第一个作品了。。。Pandan Chiffon Cake 在烘烤时膨胀得好高哟！脱模时不是脱得很美，皮掉掉的，姑且不要献丑啦，哈哈哈~~ 还是切一块蛋糕来尝尝看。。。哇噻！口感还不错嘞，很松软，微湿的，家人吃了都赞不绝口耶，而且隔天还是 light and fluffy。。。开心之余，其实对这次的制作不是很满意，觉得美中不足，还有待进步。。。事因刚打好蛋白时，接听了电话，折回去做时，漏了一个步骤，还好及时察觉到，纠正过来，否则后果更加不堪设想。。。虽然影响不算很大，但是我想应该达不到auntie Irene 师傅的标准。。。没关系，我会再接再厉再努力的。。。既然蛋糕那样好吃，我会再做的。。。 你们可要拭目以待哦。。。哈哈哈~

haha...ya..can't put the blame on the oven liao. My last National oven is small and hot, food tends to get burn easily, hope this one will not have this problem...
It's nice to do the easier ones, I will also want to try to bake butter cake, banana cake, cheese loaf, etc...wa long list...
think now you have more incentives to bake coz your little oink can help u to finish them...am I right? heehee..

Wah..your oven is really big. Mine is 26L only. I think bigger oven has better heat control. The pastry that we bake is not too near the side of the oven which usually is hotter than the center. May be in a few months time when I move to new house I may fix a build in oven. Hopefully can bake better.

Ya..that's why I target to get it after chance upon it when I was buying auntie Irene's birthday gift...if I didn't remember wrongly, are u are using Tefal? It's just as good...I was also contemplating of geting Tefal oven, which is also recommended by auntie Irene...but that particular model has phased out. Anyway, hope this new oven's performance doesn't disappoint me...since u bake often, good idea to get a big & good built-in oven when u move to yr new house, save space too...
