This yummy Mango Cheese Cake (with sponge cake base) was done with the help of Auntie Irene (感谢您！) The texture is very smooth and firm, unlike the first time when I attempted with the non-bake Orea cheese cake taught over Violet’s programme, I couldn’t get the texture right，it was rather moist & soft, though I think I got the taste right. 有高人指导和从旁协助就是不一样的！

this cake was done 2 weeks ago lah, 因为上一回你去学做这蛋糕的时候我刚好去看NDP Preview 没能和你一块学，就在另一个礼拜做咯。。。我上次自己在家做Orea cheesecake 不是很成功咯，所以要看师傅教导做法。
你学了回家时有没有做这个蛋糕给家人吃啊？

哈哈！ Dorene, Joanne has helped me to answer liao, so nice 舍不得切来吃 （其实不是啦，因为太匆忙了). I like cheese & chocolate, not so keen for too sweet or creamy food, will only eat moderately.
Yes, Joanne it's very nice & refreshing particularly when you eat it cold. I eat it slowly, I think still have 1 last piece in the fridge, heehee.

See your cheesecake, make me feel like baking but only me in the family like cheese, that's y dont want to bake, cant finish. Next time u bake, reserve 1 slice for me leh. Hm.., maybe I shd ask Auntie Irene to help me with a smaller portion recipe, hehe..

yeah u r right, Mary, this is indeed my last piece of cheesecake... some of our friends here wanted to see the inside mah..so I oblige lor..however only realise the picture was out focus when I did the posting, too bad, can't retake, coz it has gone to my digestive system liao..hahaha

Good idea to do a small one, or else u will take a long time to finish not very fresh, and if eat all by oneself in short time, u will be a big oink oink in no time, hahaha.. just kidding..“，）

好像一朵大雪花，舍不得送进口里；不过，吃完了还可以再做，又可以再次锻炼手艺，真是一举两得，可惜不是送进我口里。
