这是Oink Oink和我昨天在Auntie Irene 家学做的传统和冰皮月饼。 自制的月饼，就是与众不同，比外面卖的还要香味可口和漂亮！ 月饼甜味适中，吃多了也不会腻。 冰皮香而软绵绵，口感绝佳。我们还用一些pandan leave flavour 的冰皮做了冰皮豆沙卷，真的好好吃哦！ 要非常感谢Auntie Irene 的用心教导。她的烘焙厨艺真的是超棒和超赞！

昨天已经于这些月饼感到心痒痒，今天听了Auntie Irene 的一番话后更加不得了！Margaret, 你怎么只留给某某人也没留给我呢？ 我好吃醋哦！呜。。。

I love mooncakes too, if can "steal" some "kunfu" fm Irene, than you can celebrate your 中秋节 w/o spending the high cost of buying mooncake, anyway, if can't finish, let me know hor...I'm waiting.

I prefer eating the mooncake skin more than the fillings as the 豆沙莲蓉馅 bought off the shelves are usually rather sweet, so usually eat moderately 和应节. I also hope I can make some this year for consumption after learning from irene shifu, but think still need more practice lor. It always looks easy with Shifu around, without her presence, struggle like mad, hahaha..
