This is my last Sunday simple lunch - Chicken Pie Puff Pastry. My lousy oven did not do justice to the puff pastry, the underside of pie pastry weren’t well baked. Brought one to let Auntie Irene try and she commented that the chicken pie filling tasted good but the pastry wasn't that nice :.(

I think it’s time for you to get a new oven if you want to carry on baking. Don’t forget to call me when you have bought a new piece, I don’t mind to have this lousy piece as my spare oven ya. Haha….

Are u sure u want my lousy oven to spoil your baking/food? hahaha...My oven's temperature xiao xiao one, very difficult to get it right most of the time, but I can't get rid of it now leh, firstly it belongs to my sister - its her baby, secondly I still have not saved enough $ to buy a good one...sigh...so have to bear with its temper for the time being....what to do? no one sponsor..hahaha
