无懈可击的美食

星期六下午,我和Nicole 各自制作一样糕点。。。Nicole 下个周末要回家乡过清明,于是做了家人喜爱吃的Biscotti 。我呢,看到auntie Irene 为Richard 做的半圆形生日蛋糕好漂亮,刚好有剩余的海绵蛋糕,芒果,桃子和草莓等材料,于是就地取材,做了这个鲜果奶油蛋糕。。。


好看吗?

我切了一大块来当星期天的早餐,入口即化的鲜奶油搭配丰富的水果和软绵的蛋糕冰凉入口,清清凉凉的,让人精神为之一震。

黄昏时分,正在客厅做饼干的Nicole 转身时发觉外面的天空异于平常,喊道:"auntie Irene, 外面好红啊!” 我和auntie Irene 即刻往厨房的窗口一望,果然前方的整片天空彩霞满天,像抹上金黄色的水彩,没有云朵,只有夕阳的光辉,霎时好看极了! 我忍不住拿了auntie Irene 的相机,把这难得漂亮的自然气象摄入镜头。。。

转向左侧后方,才看到靛蓝的天空衔接着夕阳的光芒,也好漂亮!感觉到虽是落阳,最后绽放的光亮依然如此的璀璨,也联想到一句诗词:“夕阳无限好,只惜近黄昏!” 的含义和意境。

星期天,不屈不饶的auntie Irene 又再挑战,誓要做出一切完美的Bika Ambon!哈哈哈~~


这次的bika ambon 当然更上一层楼,烘出来的蛋糕颜色很漂亮,口感依然是Q Q 的,味道仍然是香香迷人的 (如果你会欣赏的话)。。。

星期天Nicole 和朋友有约,所以没有逗留到星期天。
Auntie Irene 提议L-5 和我各自做一个甜的派和咸的派,然后各分一半拿回家吃。我做的就是这个乳酪奶油派。 只简简单单的用草莓点缀,就已经很亮丽了!乳酪非常香滑,派皮也很香脆,好好吃哦!

L-5 这次难得有机会自己动手完成这个芝士洋葱火腿派,这咸味的派就是auntie Irene 在几天做了送给Richard 和Michelle 的。hmm..... 它丰富的馅料果然咸香味四溢,吃了满口留香!
剩余的材料我们做了这些精致的小杯派。。。无论是咸的还是甜的,平分秋色,一样美味!
这就是我们的总产量大汇集了,你喜欢哪一样呢?别客气,请随意拿!嘻嘻~

看到不久前播完的小娘惹的主角烹煮了这道娘惹菜肴,又看到May 在马六甲享用到这道菜肴,再看到Joanne 也煮了这道令人津津乐道的美食,这回轮到auntie Irene 对这道Ayam Pong Teh 蠢蠢欲动了, 想要烹煮这道娘惹传统佳肴了,看看老娘惹Chor Chor 为何对它如此怀念。 这豆酱焖鸡果然很美味,香浓的调味汤汁把鸡肉焖煮到很入味,咸甜辣味恰恰好,大家都吃到很满足。它也是auntie Irene 极力推荐的一道菜肴。



凭看你能猜得出这是那们的菜吗? 如果猜不着,也情有可原啦!因为它在这里不普遍,也是我们的初尝试。。。
哈哈哈~ 这道auntie Irene 认为没有卖相可言的菜是中国广州的地方菜色- 干煸苦瓜,它可是auntie Irene 的小儿子在那里尝过,喜爱和推荐的一道菜。采用咸蛋黄来炒炸得香脆的苦瓜,细细品尝,很香的咸蛋味,别有一番风味。

最令我青睐的是鲜奶油蛋糕、Bika Ambon、乳酪奶油派、咸乳酪派。哇,受不了诱惑,口水流满地咯。

是啊!那天星期六,当我在做番薯龟馃的时候,老公就跟我说,快点去看天空,外面有彩虹。果真,我确实见到了。天空非常的红,而且彩虹看到很清楚,只是没有把它拍下来。

Wowww....the fruit cake is v nice ler!

The pie is nice too i try the salty one already but not the sweet one....so let me take one n try hehehe....I m sure both taste nice too !

那天在Auntie Irene 家有品尝到咸乳酪派,非常的好吃, 到现在还念念不忘它的美味呢!

好漂亮的鲜奶油蛋糕,蛋糕形状我好喜欢,装饰简单而漂亮。赞!一看到马上摇电话给aunt irene了如何那麽漂亮的形状。真得非常好看。
还有你和L-5亲自烘乳酪奶油派和咸乳酪派。两个看起来很美味唷!相信各有香味四溢!
难怪那天看到天空非常的红,我以为快要下雨了,反而没出去看看。失去了机会。
Ayam Pong Teh 是不是很开胃一道菜?我家人也蛮喜欢吃。

The savoury pie which you have already tasted is nice, the sweet one is just as nice, the fillings taste like baked cheesecake....go ahead to try it...hehehe....

You may want to try to make this rounded coating method, think it's easier than the flat-top straight edge coating.

I'm sure you will also like the Ayam Pong Teh, have you tried cooking this dish before? It's our first attempt.

bring to office to share with my colleagues... taste too nice liao. :D

the cheese pie is nice and quite easy to make, u can try it after yr return from malaysia...

ya, indeed it's quite different...

My family and I finished the pies and the bika ambon in a day.

While u are at Pulau Ubin or on the way home, didn't u notice the sky is rather red? It's quite unusual.
