星期六傍晚和旧同事一起去看纵贯线superband 的终点站巡回演唱会所以没有去auntie Irene家. 后来得知她们一整天就忙着炒好多份的木薯粉, 弄到家里白雾弥漫.....她们也帮auntie Irene 先制作一份Pandan Kueh Bangkit 送给人
几天前去auntie Irene 家, 就已经和Echo 品尝到了auntie Irene 制作的金桔蜜饯了, 非常甘香可口, 甜中带微酸, 很Q脆, 冰凉可口, 让人精神为之一爽, 不但好吃, 还对喉咙有益!
之后, Echo 也分享kumquat compote的制作法, 她还告诉auntie Irene这个通常是用来配塔Panna Cotta的

瞧！这 kumquat compote 是不是很漂亮诱人? 星期天auntie Irene 尝试做了Echo分享的食谱。她的食谱比较讲究，材料也多，有糖、果汁、白酒等等。。。这kumquat compote 做好后呈透明糊状，酱汁非常美味可口，果肉较软更醇香。谢谢Echo 的分享
Auntie Irene特地做了Coffee Panna Cotta来搭配的kumquat compote. 瞧！是不是很漂亮诱人！也让从未尝品尝过panna cotta的Nicole 和 过来拿Kueh Bangkit 的Joanne和女儿尝一尝。。。Coffee Panna Cotta很香浓和顺滑，美味极了!

纵贯线Superband的巡回演唱会想必是精彩和掌声连连的。哇！上个周末，Auntie Irene 又有新的作品，我相信一定很美味。令人难以抗拒的Kueh Bangkit，我很想拥有它，不知可以吗？哈哈！开玩笑而已啦！

星期六我花了半天的时间做了这Kueh Bangkit，晚上又赶去看演唱会.星期天我做了Biscotti,香脆金枝，Chocolate Chips Cookies,青豆饼等等。。实在是太忙了，都没时间post上网。

ya, the Kueh Bangkit very fragrant & melt in the mouth, no wonder your son & you enjoyed eating it, can't stop eating it. The Coffee Panna Cotta & Kumquat Compote indeed very yummy!

观赏演唱会is actually not in my plan but thought to watch it since the concert they did in last July was pretty good. Oh, the earlier one is better, I supposed they tried to give their best in putting up a good show. Maybe after repeated 44 concerts they kind of exhausted... All the 4 纵贯线歌手are very musically talented, can sing well and play many musical instruments.
The Coffee Panna Cotta is very smooth and yummy，taste like cafe latte...it's not difficult to make, you should try to make it, u know what to do right? hahaha...
