爱不释'口' 的周末美食

这个星期Auntie Irene 家旋起了日本风,连连烘焙了北海道戚风蛋糕。星期六下午来到auntie Irene 家,看到相约前来学蜜糖蛋糕的Jennifer 和babygirl。她们 完成蜜糖蛋糕后还有时间,于是auntie Irene 再教她们学做这个美味的蛋糕。正当她们聚精会神的替一杯杯小巧的蛋糕注入香滑的pastry cream时,我没等蛋糕送入冰箱,已迫不及待的拿起一个来品尝,好吃也!auntie Irene 告诉我们冷冻后的蛋糕更加好吃呢!

瞧!撒上糖粉的北海道戚风蛋糕是不是很漂亮!经过冷冻后的北海道戚风蛋糕果然名不虚传,口感非常的棒,蛋糕很绵软,吃到里面冰冰凉凉的fresh cream 好像在吃冰淇淋似的, 非常美味可口,太好吃了,让人有种幸福‘凉’意的感觉!



之后我们又做多一份,除了挤入pastry cream, auntie Irene 又有新点子,利用冰箱剩余的草莓做成草莓淇淋



尝了奶油淇淋再尝草莓淇淋的戚风蛋糕,我觉得平分秋色,都一样美味无比!


草莓淇淋很芳香,配合绵密轻盈的蛋糕一起吃,绝配!口感妙不可言! 难怪尝过的人会轻易对它爱不释‘口’。。。


我们(auntie Irene, 隔壁的auntie Ping, L-5 和我)星期六的晚餐菜肴之一就是这个吃了让人停不了口,吃了满口留香的香炒金瓜虾。 也是爱虾之人的Nicole 这周末两天去JB和朋友聚会, 所以没能前来。

May 星期六做了娘惹粽筒和甜品,托前去她家帮忙检查电脑的L-5拿了好些让我们品尝。谢谢May 的分享!说真的,May 做的娘惹粽筒真的好吃,肉馅炒得很香,芋头西米露(bo bo cha cha) 也很香滑可口,很有水准!

星期天,auntie Irene 一早就开始忙着做雪丽与众不同的生日蛋糕,之后也尝试做了香兰椰香Creme Brulee, 这创新口味虽与传统的Crème Brulee 不一样,但是也很好吃,有着浓郁咖椰的诱人香味。

哇! Auntie Irene 的点子好像用不完叻!每次都有新的创作哦!而且电脑技术也更一级棒。呵呵。。

No wonder when I went into Nicole blog there is nothing new. So the next one I come to is your blog.

So many lovely and new recipe, trust Auntie Irene always have new idea and new creation, aiyo cannot catch up with her in terms of computer skill.

哇!我以为你们又再炒面茶了。我一看上就晓得那会动又好可爱的小贝壳是auntie Irene 的杰作咯!好佩服auntie irene的电脑技术越来越厉害哦!
那天星期五我也有听aunt irene说她在烘北海道戚风蛋糕和草莓淇淋戚风蛋糕。看起来蛮特别的一道蛋糕唷!我也很想尝试一杯。可以吗?

a yummy weekend indeed…ya, that’s my routine now, not unless I have time to draft the post earlier. Perhaps quite in the night the brain can function better…

last night while trying to publish, the blogger got a bit of problem couldn’t save the last bit, ended up have to retype my notes and wasted some time…

Auntie Irene常常喜欢尝试做新款的蛋糕,然后再稍作改良成更好的口感或质感,我们做的北海道戚风蛋糕也是如此。这蛋糕好好吃,你一定不能错过。Pandan Creme Brulee 的确是就地取材做成的。

Hahaha….Nicole on leave this weekend, and she also applied leave next weekend… gatherings with her friends in Malaysia…

Ya, Auntie Irene is forever trying new recipe and creating new recipe…. And her interest and proficiency with some computer software are really good.
