与‘粽’不同的周末美食

星期五放工回家途中接到auntie Irene 的来电,原来她等不及周末,已自己开始绑起rempah udang 粽子来了,问我要不要拿一些回家当早餐,听到她形容这粽子是何等的漂亮美味,我忍不住U转倒回去她家,加入绑粽子的生产线,然后提了一串回家享用。





瞧!这就是我星期六的早餐哟!rempah udang 糯米粽配搭中国茶,绝配! 这可是阮自己绑的rempah udang 粽哦!还可以吧!有没有挑起你的食欲啊? 哈哈哈~ 之前我们做的娘热虾米粽是用香蕉叶裹的,这次改用青粽叶绑成传统粽子型,有另一番风味,还是一样非常好吃!谢谢auntie Irene 的推荐和分享!

星期六下午来到auntie Irene 家,哇!好热闹哟!除了Nicole, L-5外, Jennifer 和她的子女,DS和Michelle也来咯。只见Michelle 忙得团团转,学习做类似红龟粿的粿皮,然后赶去赴约,晚上再倒回来取粽子递送给Richard 和Echo。
这些都是用蓝花染色的rempah udang 粽了,有迷你型的一口粿粽糯米虾米粽,都一样好吃,粿皮QQ 软软幼滑的,糯米也粒粒皆香!口感都很棒!关键之一应该是auntie Irene 炒的rempah udang 馅料炒得好,非常之香又够味!吃了满口留香,尝过的人无不对它赞赏有加!

三种淡雅的颜色,带出三种风味,三种口味的粿粽, 各领风骚!


这是Nicole 用剩余的粿皮裹成的,是不是很高贵诱人? 宛如一个水晶艺术品!

三样粿粽齐齐摆在你眼前,你会选吃哪一样先呢!


你会和我一样喜欢香兰椰蓉粿粽呢!

还是和Echo 一样对这蓝花虾米粿粽情有独‘粽’?


又或者与Nicole 一样'粽'意玫瑰花生粿粽

上个周末做了这个黑美人巧克力瑞士卷蛋糕引起了小轰动,受到不少人的青睐噢!我们也非常喜欢,所以欲罢不能,又再一次重温。。。这次涂了chocolate fresh cream, 依然芳香好吃!


终于有机会见识到到的制作了,这次做得非常成功,我们都喜出望外,很满意。。。毕竟要做得好并不容易掌握。
我们也做了斑点瑞士卷蛋糕


吃了晚餐,我们又继续做线条瑞士卷蛋糕!即好看又美味! 你也来一块吧!嘻嘻~

那一口粿粽和糯米虾米粽都很好吃,我的孩子都吃到津津有味。

好多不同口味的瑞士卷蛋糕,可惜我错过了, 希望有空才去学。

哈哈哈。。。是啊,大家都绞尽脑汁,借题发挥,用“粽”的谐音字来形容粽,文字游戏好好玩哟!嘻嘻嘻。。。

谢谢你的赞赏,你动心不如行动,快卷一个来吃吧,哈哈哈。。。我今天拿了两块去office 吃,请一个女同事一起享用,原本不想吃的她,只意思意思捏了一小块品尝,谁知尝到它的口感,非常钟意,再取一大块放进口里,赞不绝口,还说可以媲美Polar 的,哈哈哈,还推荐给另一位同事品尝呢!

Wow, is really a dumpling weekend hor. Origianl dumpling, rempah udang dumpling and now a completely different flavour dumpling using only flour. Very interesting.

Sighnn....I have missed out all the fun and the tasting of the dumpling. I too did some nonya dumpling last weekend, but i did not take any photos, coz my son use my handphone as his handphone battery is faulty... So i was like using a spare HP and not quite use to it. That why no posting from me hahahah.... I made the chocolate brownies too, but sighnnnn.... manange to only take 1 or 2 shots from my younger son HP, but timing is not right so I have not download from his mobile yet.

See lah.... use their HP is like, can you wait mum! hahahah...

Lovely, simply lovely to view your blog with so many dumplings.

hey, I'm back from Vietnam today...many thanks to all who left your comment and blessing over here! sorry couldn't reply earlier...

very warm and tired, many things to sort out besides doing my laundry...drifting to sleep while watching tv programme, now awake to reply the comments on the blog before I retire to bed...tomorrow have to get up and resume work..:(

me also finished the swiss rolls the following day cos have to eat it fresh... dumpling can keep in the fridge and slowly eat consume them... really yummy yum yum! hahaha...
