星期六只有我和Nicole 在auntie Irene 家和她一起包传统的福建粽子 (L-5 这周末两天忙着参加狗展)。这个食谱将会在这星期一和二97.2 的厨房笔记与听众分享咯，大家可要留意噢！
瞧！我们期盼已久的福建粽子, 终于出笼了!! 因为材料很丰富,所以
准备功夫也蛮多的...不过尝到它的美味, 等待和麻烦是值得的!
一直以来我们都好喜欢吃这福建烧肉粽，因为它的糯米和材料都用香料和调味料炒到香喷喷后才包裹，所以非常入味，吃了满口留香！回味无穷！
本来做了粽子后，已累得不想再动的我们，为了不想浪费auntie Irene 和Echo做Opera Birthday Cake 后剩的可口ganache, 休息了一伙儿，我们又一股劲的做了不是一个, 而是三个不同的瑞士卷 - 有sugar roll, pure chocolate swiss roll 和towel swiss roll. 它们当然都涂满了浓郁诱人的巧克力酱咯.
这个纯巧克力瑞士卷正如auntie Irene 所推荐，口味很浓郁，口感很棒, 非常好吃！尤其喜欢它亮滑的蛋糕表皮，太完美了！
一桌子的pure chocolate swiss roll 与草莓争艳, 任君挑选！哈哈哈~
这mini towel swiss roll 正如棉花一样软绵绵的，难怪auntie Irene 的邻居auntie 猛赞swiss roll 很好吃，说口感像棉花一样柔软, 让她老人家爱不释手。
星期天，在我还没到之前，auntie Irene 和Nicole 已做好了健康爽脆的蔬果酸奶沙律veggie fruit yoghurt salad. 在炎热的下午,从冰箱取出来吃, 冰凉爽口, 吃了凉快无比,让人停不了口...
我们还做了有浓郁椰奶香和榴櫣香的榴莲绿豆羹, 甜味恰好, 好吃到.....我们三吃了一碗, 又再添一碗半碗的,可想而知它的好滋味了! 嘻嘻~

Nice, very nice. Chocolate Swiss Roll looks nice (rolling is beautiful) but for me just looking at it make me feel heaty already hahaha. I always feel that after eating chocolate I will have sore throat. I prefer the mini swiss roll.
I will love to try the veggie yoghurt salad, must be very appetizing, especially during this hot and humid period.
Although only the 3 of you, but you all have made so many lovely dishes in these two days, admired your effort. :)

thanks for your compliments! Also thank u on behalf of auntie Irene, coz she is the one who roll the swiss roll. Oh, guess you might have slight allergy to chocolate that trigger your sore throat and heatiness . The mini swiss roll is soft and fragrant coz it has more egg yolk than the other two yo.
ya, you must try the cold veggie yoghurt salad, beside being healthy and very appetizing, you are right, it is especially refreshing to munch it during this period of hot and humid weather.

If you don’t want to miss a lot, then you will have to sacrifice your time to help for the dog show, can you miss the dog show? I doubted….hahaha….

ya, 雪莲果的口感真的是好好吃哟！A very healthy veggie fruit, can eat it fresh or have it boiled in the soup.

The hokkien sio ba chang really very tasty and fragrant, my family have also like to eat this type of ba chang...we have finished all the ba chang by this morning breakfast…

nice to hear from you on the blog. How are you? Guess u must be rather busy nursing your new born as well as giving attention to the bigger boy...hahaha.. Ya,I'm afraid for now you have to nourish with the not-so-appetising confinement diet, but it has its goodnesss, just tahan a few weeks. After that you can enjoy the swiss rolls and any other yummy food...I'm sure auntie irene will be more than willing to cook it for you, heehee....take good care and enjoy yourself ya... and if it's alright & you can afford the time, perhaps can update your blog with your baby photo for us to admire, ok!

So my mum is helping me to cook and bathe bb, and I hv to look aft the bb and big bb(Jeric) myself, I'm becoming Panda liao. Kekeke...
