精心制做的周末美食糕点

Joanne 的生日即将到来, auntie Irene 为了想为她烘制一个特别的生日蛋糕, 特地请教她的好友兼西餐厅甜品师傅Echo. Echo 提供了一个很合Joanne 口味的蛋糕食谱. 星期五auntie Irene 先练习试做一个看看....

这就是做法繁琐的白咖啡蛋糕了, 漂亮吧! 上面的挤花一颗颗的, 好可爱哟! 你觉得像什么呢? 棋子, 马蹄, 还是.....

这蛋糕的奶油层有很浓郁的咖啡香, 也很顺滑. 我很欣赏它富有质感和微濕的巧克力海绵蛋糕, 它和一般的不同! 巧克力味道浓郁美味!

星期六, auntie Irene 收到一个60粒日本麻滋的订单, 我们做了榴櫣巧克力两种馅料. 这Japanese mochi 的特点是做好后可以冷藏,之后不会变得干硬. Nicole 这个周末得去联邦参加朋友的结婚典礼, 不能到来. Auntie Irene 做了两份后, 其余的交由我和May完成. 谢谢May 特地过相助! 这些就是我们的产量了, 其中有一盒是供我们星期一晚上聚会享用, yummy 哟! 嘻嘻! 没错! 这就是名副其实的麻滋了! 我买了三种口味的雪糕, 混合的色彩呈现出的美感让人惊喜! 要制作它,可想而知,是挺高难度的. 我们得火速的把冰冻的雪糕包裹, 又得迅速的送入冰箱,真的是分秒必争...在炎热的天气制作更具挑战性, 还好我们总算成功完成几粒, 做不好漏馅的直接送入我们的口中了,哈哈哈...后来雪糕开始溶化, 不容易制做,我们不得不停止了. 把一个冰冻的ice-crean mochi送入口中, 口感的确很不错, hmmm....吃了让人精神抖擞呢!

星期天我们着手制作有人曾在厨房笔记要求的日本茶碗蒸. 蒸好的水蛋很顺滑, 配搭鲜虾或鸡肉和日本黑草菇一起吃, 又鲜甜又美味, 是一道既健康营养又简易的菜肴... 想学做chawanmishi的话, 就得留意星期一和二的厨房笔记咯!

这就是auntie Irene 为Joanne 精心制作和设计的生日蛋糕了! 明天出席生日聚会的朋友们就有口福尝到咯, 嘻嘻!

哇哇!看了食指大动!生日蛋糕、冰淇淋麻滋令人蠢蠢欲动。曾经想做茶碗蒸,可是没有食谱,现在机会来了,我会锁定厨房笔记。

aunt irene也告诉为我的生日蛋糕真的伤脑劲哟也特地请教她的好友Echo提供了一个新口味的蛋糕送给我。那时听了好感动。每年的生日aunt irene 都会做不一样口味的蛋糕送给我。非常感谢aunt irene为我而忙。看到你们所做不同口味的日本麻滋,看起来很好吃哟!尤其冰淇淋麻滋。

whew, finally squeeze in some time to leave comments, actually I came in earlier to view the ice cream mochi, coz Auntie Irene called and said she managed to make the ice cream mochi asked me to check it out at your blog. hahahah.

Well, done is really a speed job, and a cooling job coz you literally have to stand at the fridge with the door open, just like aircond, i will certainly want to try and make it soon.

I love the japanese steam egg, the texture is real soft and smooth.

making this white coffee cake is more time-consuming and complex than the usual sponge cake...

the ice cream mochi look very yummy but rather difficult to handle. at one time can only make a few while the ice cream is really frozen hard. you can find out more from her on this mochi...

白咖啡蛋糕上面的挤花虽简单,还挤到颗颗一样需要想师傅熟炼的巧手,组在一起的确可爱!冰淇淋麻滋很美味,口感也很好, 冰冰凉凉的,慢慢在口里溶化!你儿子非常喜欢吃蒸水蛋,那这茶碗蒸你一定要做来吃哦...嘻嘻...

是啊,用心良苦的auntie irene想要给你一个惊喜,做你喜爱的咖啡口味又不一样口感的蛋糕...最重要是你会欣赏和喜欢. 可惜我们仅成功做了几粒,要不然昨晚你们会有机会尝到冰淇淋麻滋! 你想不想挑战也在家做来吃呀,哈哈哈!

ya, auntie Irene was hoping that you can make the ice-cream mochi successfully before we attempted ours. Acutually it's rather challenging doing this, May & myself did it speedily after auntie Irene brought out a few piece of ice-cream cubes, before the ice cream start to melt in room temperature. Speed and temperature are crucial factors, plus the ice-cream cubes have to be deep frozen for sure.

hahaha, we didn't stand in front of the open fridge...though it probably helps with such hot weather lately....
Great, go for it, give it another try, now u know the tricks, u will make it...

ya, Japanese steam egg texture is really soft, smooth & light.

hahaha, among other nice food, the steamboat soup is really very tasty, you have missed it.

不谢,不谢啦。。只是举手之劳罢了,这冰淇淋麻滋的确是很高难度,是啊,还好我们完成了几粒。
我也蛮欣赏这白咖啡蛋糕,很喜欢它浓郁的咖啡香,很好吃。
这日本茶碗蒸的水蛋的确好顺滑, 肯定很美味, 真的一道既健康营养又简易的菜肴!
