忙忙碌碌的一个星期总算过去了，真替劳苦功高的auntie Irene感到高兴，因为她为FM97.2 制作多样佳肴糕点终于圆满完成，漂漂亮亮的作品被专业摄影师摄入镜头内，并即将编辑成精美的刊物面市咯！ 为了配合只有两天的拍摄时间表，auntie Irene为这次的拍摄花了不少时间和心思做了很多准备功夫，誓要把最赏心悦目的食物呈现出来。。。这次有机会见识到拍摄的过程，尤其是摄影师对食物一丝不苟的摆设和美感要求，让我们几位大开眼界，获益不浅哦！ 希望能在日后的作业上尝试学以致用的。
如释重负后，紧接着，auntie Irene 又投入另一个作业，为另一个商家准备六道食谱在报章上刊登，真的是忙得不亦乐乎哟！嘻嘻！
周六只有我到auntie Irene家 (Nicole 和 L-5各自有节目不能来), 我们"彩排"制作了一样西式菜肴和一个烘焙糕饼。。。
这是其中一道菜肴了，是用Turbo 烤箱烘烤的香烤玉米美奶滋鸡腿。特别调配的腌料超香郁美味，腌了多时，使到鸡肉更加入味，烘好后的玉米碎非常酥脆，外脆内软，里面的鸡肉因为夹着一层厚厚的美奶滋，使到鸡肉非常嫩柔多汁，在吃的当儿闻到阵阵的鸡肉香味扑鼻而来，诱使人想连骨头也一起啃。。。
星期天，我，L-5，和auntie Irene 继续忙着为Turbo商家“彩排”两样食谱和为厨房笔记烹煮这个星期要教的食谱。。。
我们烘制了酥化曲奇，这个曲奇无需用鸡蛋，却能烘出非常浓郁的奶油香，一口咬下去的口感是很酥脆，但是把它含在口里轻轻一嚼，它即慢慢的溶于口里，好神奇的melting cookies哦。。。 吃了满口留香，让人回味无穷！
auntie Irene也烹煮了已经很久没煮的拿手好菜特制酸甜鲳鱼料理。炸鱼时，油要够热，沾上粉的鲳鱼才会炸得得金黄酥脆，再淋上精心调配的酱汁，除了能尝到让人齿颊留香和开胃的酸甜酱，还能享受香嫩新鲜的雪白鱼肉。Turbo 的煤气炉的火够猛，镬气足，让人心满意足!
我们也做了酥脆虾酱鸡柳，我们采用不被人看好的鸡胸肉，鸡肉经过处理后，配合其它腌料一起腌制，再沾上面包糠，就能做出非常香脆美味的鸡扒。虽是炸品，却不油腻，皮脆肉香，好吃！想尝试吗？那你可要留意这个星期一和二972的厨房笔记时段咯！
这几道菜肴也成为我们的晚餐。。。感谢auntie Irene的分享和教导！

it's ok la English or Chinese is just as 亲切 to me...it happens all the time that we can't switch to type Chinese character, quite annoying hor, think u need to check the language setting somehow.

是啊，筹备了很久，终于把所有要呈现的美食分两天拍摄好，他们马不停蹄的从早上拍到晚上，摆设和拍摄很讲究，一点也不马虎，所以比较耗时。。。酥化曲奇的确很好吃，很酥香，溶化于口中，满口留香！

haha...not I fast, is you slow la...I have to post it up by Monday morning cos can't blog during the day at work, so have to burn the midnight oil a bit to complete it so that our friends here can enjoy feasting the yummy weekend food...
