这个周末好忙哦！我，Nicole 和 L-5在auntie Irene 家帮忙她准备一些作业，忙得不亦乐乎。我们“彩排”几样食谱，当然也做了一些来享用。。。无巧不成书，一连两天烹煮了好几样鸡肉料理的菜肴，真的是与鸡有缘。。。哈哈哈~
星期六我们享用了西式晚餐，煮了黑胡椒鸡扒，腌得非常入味的鸡腿，淋上特制的黑胡椒酱汁，哇！塞勒咯，鸡肉非常香甜迷人，令人陶醉。。。加了什么调味呢? 嘻嘻。。。在这里得卖个关子，因为还是个“不能说的秘密”叻！
还有香脆美味的mayonnaise cereal chicken cutlet...
为了配搭西式鸡扒和香酥炸鸡排，特地烤了一盘的马铃薯泥，再淋上我情有独钟的芝士奶油酱，吃了满口留香。。。连一向来无饭不欢的auntie Irene也吃到意犹未尽，嘻嘻~ 不一会儿我们四个人就把所有的晚餐吃到一干二净，一点也不剩。。。
哈哈，auntie Irene 不小心买了好多鸡肉，于是我们星期天又炸了另一种风味独特的鸡排，因为沾满面包糠再去炸，非常的酥脆，它就是我们五个人（包括xueli ）星期天的午餐和晚餐了。。。除此之外，我们也用鸡胸肉做了肉丸，煮了一大锅香滑的鸡肉粥（oops!忘了拍照）, 加了玉蜀黍粒，不但健康，还很可口呢！大家都吃到津津有味，香汗淋漓！（星期天的天气好像特别炎日）。
感谢auntie Irene的分享和介绍我们吃如此美味的西餐！共度过了一个“鸡”不可失的周末！
星期天的午餐还有这一盘hor fun 加菜。auntie Irene 的马来邻居妇女，在向她请教做法，成功烹煮后，兴高采烈的送了热腾腾的一盘给她品尝， 可惜auntie Irene 因为不食牛肉，只好由我们几位代她享用咯！嘻嘻！哇！ 这位烹饪了得的邻居，第一次学炒，就能炒出美味又有卖相的河粉，还真不赖哟！ 再加上有烹饪高手指点，真的是如虎添翼啊！

是啊，用麦片或cornflakes烤鸡肉，很香脆好吃。真的好吃到吮手指，它没肯德鸡那么油腻，配搭红萝卜和椰菜花一起吃也很健康均衡。。。。

think most of us cannot resist the temptation of western food, particularly the grilled or fried chicken...they are so tasty, outer skin crispy yet tender & juicy inside. hmmm....very yummy...hehehee...it's natural to crave for food one likes, I'm sure your family and you will love to eat it all...
