前两个周末在auntie Irene 家分别学习制作碱水粽子和Nyonya粽子，昨天终于有机会在家里亲自料理1kg 的糯米和包裹娘惹粽子…衷心感谢auntie Irene 的细心教导和食谱，让我圆了我多年的梦想！第一次包粽子成功！
这些就是我煮好后第一时间提去给auntie Irene 和 Nicole 品尝的烧肉粽！我还是用火炭烹煮的呢！听到她们赞赏包扎漂亮，已经很高兴了！
我还挺喜欢用草绳包扎的粽子的样子，觉得视觉上比尼龙线扎实漂亮！
要拨开粽叶时，难免有点紧张，因为知道auntie Irene 要求很高，不晓得呈现出来的粽型能达到她的水准吗？哈哈哈．．．丑媳妇始终要见家翁．．．还好不是太差，谢谢师傅的评语，下次我会留意的。
瞧！馅料好多噢，香味扑鼻，吃了嘴颊留香！谢谢auntie Irene 调制的馅料，让我快捷的完成任务。家人吃了都赞不绝口，我们还回送五粒粽子给邻居呢！（因为去年他们送了一些给我们享用）。真的好有满足感哦！
星期六auntie Irene 特地为我和Nicole 做的饭后甜点－非常yammy & yummy 的yam & blueberry mousse, 芳香顺滑，吃了满心欢喜！
这就是我装饰的mousse cup，用了小束鲜花，冰片和红樱桃点缀...
一对漂亮的完成品，有Nicole 精心制成的漂亮白巧克力叶子称托着...
不仅如此，昨晚我, Nicole 和 L-5 又有口福尝到auntie Irene特地做得美味无比的cappuccino chocolate mousse，我们都各自拿回家慢慢享用。它可是我和家人今天的下午茶点...呷入一口浓郁咖啡香cream cheese mousse ，再呷入一口似巧克力雪糕的mousse, 好有品尝Tiramisu 的感觉啊! 享用着它也给这炎热懒洋洋的假日午后增添几许凉意。。。再次谢谢auntie Irene的爱心甜点！

Sorry hor that day you have left comments on my blog and until now then I go in to my own blog.
My boss will in town so day time was very busy and night time must go dinner with them.
I was also busy, as I left for my business trip last wednesday and back only late saturday night.
Your Nonya dumpling looks good, I miss the chance of learning this weekend, the mousse cup will lovely too so beautiful to look at, is too lovely to eat it.

no problem, work comes before leisure, it's understandable when we get busy...sometimes I also didn't blog as much when I am tied up :p
looks like you had a very busy schedule lately with biz entertainment & trip, do take good care of your health and hope u are back to your normal routine now.
Nicole & I actually learnt to make the Nonya dumpling last Saturday, at the same time record the process for 厨房笔记. I only managed to wrap about 2 nos. before rushing to watch Jenny Tseng's concert.
Auntie Irene decided not to wrap again until nearer to 端午节 and had asked me to bring back the remaining fillings to try wrapping them at home, and I did it yesterday...

Thank u for your compliment, I still have room for improvement though...I struggle a bit initially but after a couple of attempts started to get the hang of it, the fact that nobody can help me with this task at home also enable me to have more practices, coz by hook or by cook, I have to finish what I had started...hahaha...so, if Margaret can cook, so can you....sounds familiar right?

是啊，好开心噢！我妈不会包粽子，所以没有机会学，后来买了VCD来看也迟迟没有开始学做，要谢谢auntie Irene给我这个机会，今年肯教大家包粽子，看了她的示范和着手练习，才有把握做到。

yeah, thanks for your concern...heehee...I ususally have tea after taking the dumplings and don't take more than 2 nos. at one time.
