川贝蜜梨

之前在NTUC Fairprice 购物时,看到蛮新鲜的中国鸭梨,联想到最近FM97.2 厨房笔记时段, DJ粉樱有教郭美伶中医师提供的川贝蜜梨药膳, 于是决定买一些回家试做来尝尝。
听说川贝(母)不便宜,果真如此,我去的那家中药店只卖一种品质较好的川贝母, 我买了这半两,花了S$11, 不知合理吗?

我把鸭梨洗干,切开和挖空梨心,因为怕外皮有残留的农药,最好也把它削掉.....再把3g的川贝母和适量的冰糖装进里面,放在吃饭的瓷碗里,就可以炖大约两个钟头了。

哇,炖得熟透的鸭梨和溢出的糖水,非常滋润清甜, 好吃又好喝! 这个甜品对咽喉声带很有疗效呢! 不知你们试了没?

我还没尝试做川贝蜜梨。哦,对了,下个星期一是卫塞节,如果时间许可的话,我想我会尝试做。

U removed the skin, then the liquid inside or from the pear will flow out right? Thot the skin helps to trap the liquid inside.

Haha.. duno lah, mayb you make 1 let me try lor, keke...

嘻嘻...是很好吃哦!可以啊,不过得炖两个小时叻,你能等吗?哈哈哈...那天我把它拿去炖的当儿,洗了一大桶的衣服,晾好衣服,才差不多炖好了呢!

Ya, it's a very delicious and cooling food...hahaha...we know the weather has been very hot and humid lately, but you don't have to keep repeating hot, hotter, hottest, over and over yo...hahaha...coz already very hot liao u know...

welcome to my blog...indeed this 川贝蜜梨 is a healthy sweet dessert, not too diffcult to make, though quite time-consuming.

think one could choose either to keep or discard the pear skin, I prefer to remove it. It's alright for the juice to seep through the pear, then can eat the whole pear and drink the sweet juice mah...heehee...you can make this quite easily leh...was thinking if you tried eating this earlier, it might help your cough to recover faster...
