你可曾想象当面包遇到蛋糕会擦出什么样的火花?
上个星期六我们就在Auntie Irene的家就领教过了. 原来面包与蛋糕确能如影相随, 相辅相成, 形成令人惊喜的口感和味道.
< 这些是我们(auntie Irene, Nicole, Xueli & Myself) 发挥想象力独创的新型多款的巧克力和草苺口味面包. 除了添加葡萄干, 我们也加入了prunes, 大家一起来凑热闹.
> 看了那么多造型奇特的小面包, 你到底看上那一个呢?
>双色面包加上绿色斑兰味蛋糕, 有着可遇不可求的层次美感

< 用圆形中间有孔模型摆放两色相间的面包, 形成了一边是巧克力色, 另一边是粉红色的双面效果, 得到不少赞赏噢...
< 这两个三色面包蛋糕, 得到最多人青昧, 是众人焦点, 大家都一窝蜂的替它摆姿势拍照, 誓要把最美的呈现给大家. 这也怪不得, 层次分明的面包,匀称的夹着温柔的sponge cake, 美不胜收, 难道你不为它心动吗?
>这可怜兮兮的面包蛋糕, 因为上层面包摆放不理想, 打从一开始就不被大家看好, 烘出来又比其它两个同伴来得黑和小, 因此被遗弃在一边,无人问津, 完全没有机会上盘拍照( 这就是唯一的独家照片了). 怎么知一切开来, 层次美感还不赖嘛! 你同意吗?

The cake bread looks delicious but I feel is a little complicated to do, am I correct? But when you see the end result, the sense of achievement is beyong words... :)

I like all of them, particularly those bread with raisin and prunes fillings, coz they are more fragrant & sweeter.

haha...you just learnt hands-on last Saturday, so what do you think? I think the challenge is gauging the amount of bread apportion to the cake mix, somehow the bread dough always seems to 'grow' beyond our expectation, haha...
