Wholemeal Bread, Granolar Bar & Strawberry Mousse Cake

星期六在auntie Irene家,一口气做了米香全麦面包草莓慕斯蛋糕

添加了红樱桃, 腰豆,炒香白芝麻等等的香米,色香味俱全
切割成块的米香又脆又有咬劲,是个非常棒的解馋零食
健康又高营养的全麦面包,你欣赏吗?
迷你心型蛋糕,是用做生日蛋糕剩余的用料做成的, 真是赏心悦目...
让人念念不忘, 香滑美味, 入口即化的Strawberry Mousse Cake

我不是很喜欢吃米香,因为觉得很硬。昨天品尝aunt Irene 的米香,是很香脆,蛮好吃啦!我也蛮喜欢吃草莓慕斯蛋糕,哇!好好漂亮。昨天也品尝到Richard 的生日蛋糕,有点念念不忘那草莓味道, 实在好香耶。

如果你不喜欢吃太硬的米香,做的时候可以不要压到太大力就不会那么紧实,口感因人而异可自行调试. 我的是双层的纯strawberry mousse, 没有草莓巧克力,都一样香甜好吃!

全麦面包看起来好软,不知你品尝后的口感如何?

Pardon me that I am replying in English here as I couldn't switch to Chinese somehow and it was getting late, just want to type out fast.

It's a pity you couldn't join us last Sunday. However, your presence was felt via the food you made and brought for us. Many thanks for your effort & thoughtfulness despite having a busy schedule with family chalet, we all really appreciate it. Do you know that your steam tapioca coconut cake was one of our favourite food, it was very soft and delicious, I am not exaggerating if I say it has the Maxwell Hawker Centre favourite stall standards. We also like your other mysterious chocolate ring cake, it had us pondering what it was, perhaps u can disclose to us now...haha...

If you like to munch nutty crunchy titbits, you will appreciate this granola bar. Auntie Irene added special ingredient to give it a better fragrance. The strawberry mousse indeed tasted yummy. Beside the mousse, Richard's birthday cake was also topped with another layer of strawberry chocolate, I gathered that most of them liked the mousse layer.

My family & I are bread lover, so we all liked the wholemeal bread though it might not be as soft due to the inproportion of flour mix. Anyway, we shall get it right next time. Dorene brought her bread for us to try, hers, admittedly, was much softer.
