Auntie Irene 的侄女的最小的公主星期六庆祝周岁生日，正当她在烦恼要做些什么糕点要送给她款待亲朋戚友，就看到我们kaypo club 的成员之一的Dorene 最近做了好漂亮的macaroon, 给了她灵感，就决定做多种不同口味和色彩的马卡龙。。。
来个macaroon特写吧! 让大家可以看得更仔细一点。。。她分别在星期六和星期天做了五种口味，有：巧克力，草莓，绿茶，花生和香草，夹馅除了有可可巧克力，草莓巧克力，还有薄荷巧克力，花生酱和薄荷香兰巧克力呢！
把五彩缤纷的macaroon 并排在一起，形成很漂亮的视觉效果哟~ 它们都有一个共同点，就是它们的“脚”都起得好高喔！这可是有上下火功能不昂贵的烤箱，经过auntie Irene 的多番尝试调整温度，成功完成的，很棒吧! 现在谁敢说普通的烤箱无法烘烤漂亮的macaroon呢？
自从上个星期auntie Irene成功的制作了草莓酱后，欲罢不能，除了又在做了一份草莓酱，也尝试做了小橘子酱和奇异果酱，口味都很不赖哟，尤其是奇异果，让人有意想不到的惊喜，连不喜欢吃奇异果的auntie Irene 也对它刮目相看。有了这些果酱，我家的面包要 '酱' 吃都行咯! 谢谢auntie Irene 的分享！
auntie Irene对这草莓酱非常满意,所以拍了个大特写~ 这是引用Echo的做法，再添加两种材料，使得草莓天然的色彩更加鲜艳和亮丽，草莓天然的香味和调得恰到好处的甜酸度更是妙不可言！
我们尝试用粗粒杏仁做了大家喜爱的酥化杏仁曲奇，auntie Irene 最近看了第八频道的"当我们同在一起"的电时视剧，灵机一动，也在white almond cookies上玩起文字游戏哩，挺逗趣的！
这是我们的一个的朋友的杰作噢！久违的她依然如故，还是那么顽皮，特别爱"显", 曾要求把漂亮的作品装入透明的盒里，这次auntie Irene 成全她，把发到好高好漂亮的菠萝包让她手提回家，好让她可以向途中的路人炫耀一番她的作品，让人投入羡慕的目光，嗨~真受不了她哟！嘻嘻~相信你们猜得到她是谁了吧？
后来Nicole 和Michelle 又联合做多做一份质感极佳的菠萝包，一样发得不错哟 其中有一粒我们让它秃着，做成mini burger bun，涂上甜美的草莓酱，一样很可口。。。

And so many kinds of jam too. I only try to do the strawberry jam... finished liao lor can I try some of your orange and kiwi jam?
Hmmm... I must learn the almond cookies from auntie irene before chinese new year...
I didn't do anything this weekend, came down with flu and fever thur & Friday, probably is the side effect after the H1N1 jab. Now still feeling lousy.
Must faster recover then can start doing christmas log cake. catch up with you soon yea :)

Ya, all the marcarons look very lovely and great. Auntie Irene and I are very happy that the other oven can bake macaroons successfully. She brought the box of macaroons to her grand niece’s birthday party, her relatives have never tried it before and were quite fascinated by it.

Ya, the marcaron looks very pretty and colourful…thumbs up to auntie Irene for her relentless effort in testing the oven temperature!
I believe the strawberry jam is the all time favourite for most of us... you can try some of the orange and kiwi jam, the taste are rather unique, pleasant surprise particularly for kiwi jam, even auntie Irene likes it.
The almond cookies is must for Chinese New Year for me too, it’s so much easy to make and it taste great…should learn from auntie irene ...
Oh you have just taken the H1N1 vaccin, so you may be one of the small percentage who develop flu symptom side effect, it quite annoying right? supposed to get better but have to fall sick & suffer first… my younger brother took the jab but he is ok.
U rest well and take good care and recover so that can have energy to make lots of christmas log cake ya, hahaha…oh auntie Irene caught you spending time playing games in the facebook izit? Hope to catch up with you soon too :)
