这些巧可力月饼是用Michelle Chear专程从Malaysia 买来送给auntie Irene 的月饼模按压成的, 超漂亮的, 我好喜欢它们鲜明深刻的花纹图案哦!

里外一合的chocolate mooncake 好似在吃巧可力般, 每一口都充裕着非常香浓诱人的巧克力味, 好好吃哦! 谢谢auntie Irene 留了一个让我有机会品尝到... 虽然没有机会看到做法, 能尝到也很不错噢...
我们星期天的晚餐 - 煮了我们最爱的靓汤 - 鱼鳔肉圆汤, 加了干贝等材料熬煮多时的汤, 清甜的香味在口中久久无法散去!

传统小发糕发得很灿烂,看了很开心。可是里面的馅料,我就猜不着。巧克力月饼和菜燕月饼都很漂亮,看到我也想学做。嘻嘻!还有还有,风味鸡和虾好吸引我哟!

周末我也做了番薯小发糕,可是没Auntie Irene的传统小发糕发得很漂亮灿烂!
今早Auntie Irene告诉我巧克力月饼和菜燕月饼两者都很好吃,叫我一定要试做,她还告诉我是用真的咸蛋黄做的,我还以为只是菜燕和颜色而已,哈哈!真的不简单哦!这么漂亮的月饼真叫人舍不得吃!
奶黄酥虾球也是我爱吃的一道佳肴,风味鸡看来很好吃,我还没尝过呢!

I must say the agar agar mooncake not only looks great, it tasted good too, coz it was made from fresh durian and salted egg yolk, the taste is naturally good. However I must warn you it is not that easy to master without seeing the demo, the process is also long, have to do step by step, one after another in order to get the 3 combination agar agar… also have to buy the special mould for the egg yolk…

对噢, 我还没有学做番薯小发糕,记得那是Auntie Irene较早时在厨房笔记教的糕点, 有机会我也要做做看, 想必一定很香吧! 我想可能我家里没有拜拜的关系, 所以一直以来都没想到要做小发糕..最近试做来吃之后, 才晓得原来它的材料和做法都挺简单的, 改次可以常做来当早餐咯.
的确, 巧克力和菜燕月饼都很好吃,你一定要试做. 很多食谱教的都只用色素, 没有像我们采用真材实料来做的,我们的咸蛋黄是名副其实的, 颜色也做到很逼真漂亮, 我们也很喜欢, 做了漂亮的月饼, 也舍不得吃!家人都赞不绝口, 吃了一块接着再取一块, 很快的就把菜燕月饼搞定了.
我可以肯定你和家人一定会好超喜欢奶黄酥虾球, 你做了一次会再做很多次的, 哈哈哈….风味鸡是auntie Irene 要为商家撰写的食谱, 要等多一下下哦~ 嘻嘻…

I’m sure they liked the Agar agar mooncake, coz my family also enjoyed it, finished them within a short time…hahaha… want me to teach小发糕 ? don’t want la, wait never rise until open mouth big big I will be very lao kui you know….hahaha…. what to do!? A wk 'MC' is your wish list, not mine…I didn’t agree to that yo, hahaha!!!! And, for your own good, think you better don’t take too much ‘MC’, otherwise, you know your bf will complain you too heavy yo …oops….hahaha…
