巧思妙想的周末美食

很快的又到了周末咯! 这个周末auntie Irene又会煮些什么样的好料美食呢? hmmm....让我一一向你道来...


星期六auntie Irene 教我们做了香脆美味的煎金瓜糕

中秋节还没到, 我们比别人抢先一步复习做月饼咯, 因为等不及了,要先尝为快嘛, 嘻嘻~~ 这月饼采用了Mary自制的红豆沙馅, 甜度适中, 新鲜健康! 除此之外, 我们也做了一些迷你咖啡莲蓉月饼带回家慢慢享用...

我好喜欢这一节切割开来的咸蛋呈现的自然美, 像一轮明月在黑夜中发光, 发亮...
我们星期六的晚餐 - 香炒猪脚米粉 - 是沿用了现在很难才买得到, 价钱又昂贵的猪脚罐头, 让我们得以重温旧味
星期天下午来到auntie Irene家,她已迫不及待的告诉我,已煮好的金瓜羹好吃得不得了, 我后来尝了, 的确非常细滑顺喉, 趁热喝, 不但芳香可口,还能暖腹.... 难怪连在场学习做pandan chiffon cake, 起初闻金瓜色变的Linda, 经auntie Irene 一再推荐, 勉为其难的尝了一口之后, 马上接受并喜欢这道金瓜甜品了, 还讨了食谱呢! 这, 就是金瓜的魅力了! 它不愧是一个宝, 天然健康, 含有很丰富的营养成份, 多吃无妨, 还能防癌抗癌呢! 我很喜欢它的天然色泽, 用它做食材,根本无须添加任何色素...
乖乖不得了, 轮到让我们爱不释手,欲罢不能的海鲜起士焗饭出场了...铺上已料理过的海鲜,撒上可以拉丝的Mozzarella奶酪起士粉在香饭上, 烘至乳酪溶化呈金黄,香味四溢....哇~ 乳酪特有的咸香味和海鲜味相辅相成, 香味变得更加浓郁迷人, 美妙极了, 吃了令人回味无穷...我们做的比我之前在港式茶餐厅买来给auntie Irene, Nicole & L-5 品尝的更加美味好吃, 单单拿他们淡然无味的饭就没得比咯, 我们是用天然的果汁料理的 ....我吃到嘴颊留香, 连打嗝也有余香噢.... really yummy yummy....:p~~~ 真糟糕! 想到又要流口水咯... auntie Irene 把海鲜熟度料理到恰恰好, 尤其是墨鱼在bake
过后也不会很韧.... 我们的baked seafood cheesy rice 初体验成功!

多亏巧思妙想的auntie Irene, 凭她对烹饪的热忱, 累积丰富烹饪知识和精湛的厨艺,不断钻研改良食谱, 坚决做出味足色香兼顾的美食...谢谢你与我们分享!

金瓜羹看似金瓜咖椰,看得出非常的香滑可口,煎得金黄色的金瓜糕,味道肯定美味无比。
金瓜的确不愧是一个宝, 天然健康又有营养, 做出来的糕点更是美味健康。
海鲜起士焗饭上的配料好多又烤得很漂亮,看了好想吃噢。。。

yeah...with auntie Irene's guidance, all the food presented have to be good and tasty...we also cannot "tahan" when we eat them...

我没参与金瓜羹的做法,不过Nicole告诉我做法和制作金瓜咖椰相似,的确是非常香滑可口。。。难得你也和我们一样,懂得欣赏金瓜的好处和喜爱吃金瓜。
海鲜起士焗饭真的好好吃,如果你喜爱吃cheese, 就一定要做来吃。。。记得留意收听厨房笔记,并索取商家特约的食谱哦,嘻嘻。。。

Week after week there are always so many good foods to admire. :( only can admire but have never tasted it before sighnn...

But never mind lah can view already very good lor, can imagine I am also having every single dishes that you all have enjoyed heheheee.... tempting very tempting.
