每个星期来到这里都有好多丰富的美食。真是令人流口水。我好喜欢芒果海鲜卷, 是我最爱耶!曾经在一间餐馆尝试过。非常好吃。

是啊!每次来到这里都有令人流口水的美食。我和Joanne一样也很喜欢芒果海鲜卷,我也曾经做过威化虾,家人都蛮喜欢吃.

的确,美食当前,任谁都受不了的,我在场,看到,闻到,尝到赏心悦目的美食,更加要克制自己不要吃太多(有时很难的咯),要不然我看后果我得自负咯,哈哈哈~
威化纸是一种可直接食用,触水即溶,超薄的面皮。它好像我们常吃包裹大兔子奶糖的薄纸。auntie Irene 寻遍很多地方也买不到,后来特地搭车去好像是Haig Rd才买到的。

哈哈哈~~那天的馅料比较湿,所以包裹起来比较容易破,要用到两片可以,如果馅料干一片就可以了....我觉得炸的功夫也不简单,面糊和温度要掌握得好...
