不晓得有多少人尝过这个蛋糕呢?
星期天，托auntie Irene 的福和她的好友的分享，让我,Nicole, Joanne & May 有机会见识到它的制作和尝到它独特的味道。这个Coconut Lime Syrup Cake 来头可不小哦,听说要搭乘某个外国航空公司的头等舱的人才有机会尝到的高级糕点，我们有幸能在不需坐头等舱的情况下也能尝到它,可算是难能可贵,口福不浅哦！
这蛋糕看似牛油蛋糕，其实不然…它因为添加了椰蓉，使质感更加丰富，更因为加了酸酐汁，使味道口感更加与众不同，甜中带酸，实中带湿,冷冻后再吃,超棒! 如果你喜欢酸的感觉，就不能错过学做这个非一般口味的蛋糕。
接下来要介绍的是另一个法国高级甜糕点Macaroon.
这个高难度,不容易掌握的Macaroon, 我们终于在星期天领教它的魅力了。
烘好后的Macaroon cookies 表皮比鸡蛋还薄脆，轻弹易破，我们得小心翼翼的为它涂上巧克力cream,你只要轻轻的一咬,就能一瞬间感受到它的松脆,表皮当下入口即化，接着你会感觉到它的内柔和软棉，尤其是加了芬香草莓口味Macaroon，口感和香味更像童年时爱吃的棉花糖叻！真是妙不可言！表皮隔天还保持爽脆,太不可思议了...我越吃越喜欢上它,一个接着一个吃...赞!

我肯定你的小孩会喜欢吃Macaroon因为它很香甜,像在含草苺棉花糖似的. 我都叫你拿多一点回家给孩子吃咯. 这两样糕点有着浑然不同的质感和口感,很新鲜特别,我都喜欢,如要择一,我会喜欢吃Macaroon多一点,家人也很喜欢.昨晚放工回家,看到还有剩,庆幸家人没把它吃光,留了几个让给我享用,嘻嘻~

其实两种糕点都各有千秋，各有独特的魅力，一个甜酸，一个甜脆，都一样美味可口。

ya, I also think the Macaroon attracts little children coz it's sweet, light, cute & fragrant. I like the texture.
