French Loaf 尖头面包


这就是我一直嚷嚷要auntie Irene 教我做的尖头面包,有长型和椭圆形的,哈哈~ 这次做的是稍微有肉和比较软的本地版french loaf, 因为我不是很喜欢那种又瘦又硬的法国面包baguette咯。
谢谢auntie Irene 让我如愿以偿,做成了尖头面包!

尖头面包配上咖哩真的是好到吮手指嘞!尤其是刚烘出来的时候,很香。哇,一级棒!

哈哈!总算你已学到了。听aunt Irene 说,你每一次去她那儿都没机会做,总是放在你包包里带来带去的,真是好可怜耶!每一次谈起,我和aunt Irene都会哈哈大笑, 你真是好可爱!好啦!我晓得尖头面包配上咖哩是你的最爱,应该很好吃。这次做的很美, 我看了也受不了。有一天可要请叫aunt Irene教我。

谢谢你的赞赏!说得没错!我那天早上就是没时间拿牛油出来慢慢涂,只是拿尖头面包沾热咖啡吃,也一样美味。

谢谢你的赞赏!你做的尖头面包更美!我有师傅协助,面包不美也难咯,哈哈!涂上上牛油再放入烘炉里烤一烤好吃啊!好啊,下次我会尝试这种吃法,谢谢你的提议。不过我看要小心烘炉不可以太过热,要不然面包会很容易烧焦。

哈哈!是啊,终于做到了。哎呀aunt Irene连这个也让你知道啊!哈哈~ 她就是搞不懂我为何一直想做尖头面包,可能它联系着我小时候的回忆吧!上一次好逊啊,出了状况,想象应该是yeast失效了。要感谢aunt Irene用心良苦,为了成全我的心愿,帮我再试。

thanks for your compliment, auntie Irene would be pleased to know that u all appreciated the loaf coz she helped me out with the making. U may like to know that this was not my 1st attempt, sometimes we need a bit of luck, hahaha...
Oh yes, we usually use overnight drier french loaf to make roti john, coz it seems to be a waste to do it on fresh breads la...hahaha...

哈哈~谢谢你!我也是觉得那些小的尖头面包好可爱。不过改天我要试做那种肥大型有很多肉的尖头面包和外面卖的媲美,吃不完还可以拿来做roti john。。嘻嘻~
