云石牛油蛋糕



这是我第一次尝试做云石牛油蛋糕,口感实了一点,不过对我来说,已经很满意咯,还是希望下一次能做得更软更好。谢谢师傅的尝后评语。


姐姐曾做过marble butter cake,不过她是用milo powder,当然没有可可粉做的香啦。记得上一次用auntie Irene 教的食谱第一次自己把牛油蛋糕做成时,口感很松软,全家人都赞不绝口,让我信心大增!

一直以来烘焙都是两位在念书时有上过家政班的姐姐的专长,我完全沾不上边的,只有吃的份,嘻嘻~ 有时看到四姐做失败时很气馁,因为我对烘焙一窍不通,也爱莫能助。那时先母看到她失败多过于成功,蛋糕不是不发,就是不熟透,渐渐的也不再期盼,反而安慰她出去买算了,让她非常泄气,还交待我们别在她做蛋糕之前泼冷水,以免一语成真,哈哈~

现在还是喜欢烹饪的姐姐不常做蛋糕了(因为我takeover了),喜欢吃糕点的妈妈也不在我身边,不能品尝了。。。我才学会做像样的蛋糕糕点。。。唉~~ 一边写一边回忆着,突然好想念好怀念我妈 。。。


起初,常常一个人无助的做糕点做到焦头烂耳,累坏了,不过当我看到做成功的糕点,家人吃了赞赏,我就心满意足了。我很庆幸通过收听广播,有缘认识到亲切友善,烹饪厨艺了得的auntie Irene师傅,她毫无保留的分享了她的食谱和心得,诚心诚意的教导,让我和很多人都受益不浅。感谢您无私的分享。。。还有通过她认识更多志同道合的你们,一班可爱好玩的烹饪爱好者。。。从素未谋面到相识结交成朋友,一起学习,一起挨骂,一起欢笑。。。真是很难得,大家要好好珍惜噢。。。:)

你边写边思念你的母亲大人,也引起了我对我妈妈的怀念。我的妈妈可说是个烹饪高手,煮得一手好菜,也很喜欢制作糕点,只可惜没向她好好的学习。

C u mention abt your mum 是个烹饪高手, make me think abt my late grandma, she's also good at cooking... but too bad, no chance to eat her cookery liao...

I miss my late parent a lot, always have fond memories of them, sometimes little things will remind me of them...I'm sorry to have caused u to miss your late mum too.

My mum, on the contrary to my dad, was not a very good cook, but she loved cooking & enjoyed helping around in the kitchen whenever my dad, maid or sister cooked. She would help to cook rice, wash & cut the veg & prepare the ingredients, etc. She was very particular about food cleanliness, always like to hang around the kitchen when the maid cooked, hahaha...

I'm glad to know that u are a very filial daughter, cherish your parent and fullfill their wishes as much as you can, try not to lament over little things...

我不介意让你骂,因为自从跟您学习烹饪和做糕点后,发觉最近我对烹饪的兴趣越来越浓liao! 而且不但学会了很多,也学得很开心,每个星期都盼望能去您家做糕点,真的。

Even 我孩子都会问,“Mummy are u goin to Aunty Irene's house to bake?"

When you miss you mum, let me miis my mum too. My mum is very good in cooking too.But too late already, can't taste her food anymore.

Is it I tried your mable cake that you brought to aunt Irene?If yes,very good.keep it up!

Am sorry about your late parent. 读了非常感动。。everybody must cherish their parents when they are still around ya, so that you won't have any regret when they are not here. Of course, we will miss them forever...I am sure your parents are very proud of you now...

您何必过意不去呢?所谓名师出高徒嘛(虽然我还不是啦!)!一个和颜以色,教学敷衍的老师,只会教出一知半解, 孤弱寡闻的普通学生。。。不是吗?

我们都知道你是一个好老师,所以才会有所要求,要求学徒做出尽善尽美的食物。我当然也知道你是疼爱我们才会骂我们,这样我们才会吸收和牢牢记住, 终生受惠。我在您身上学了很多,对厨艺有了更深一层的认识和兴趣。能认识你是我的福气。

Your mum was a good cook, I'm sure you have inherited her gene, as u are so interested in cooking have a good cooking flair too.

We learnt more from my late dad, coz he used to be a seaman, working as chef on board vessels. My late mum was a lousy cook, hahaha, even my dad said that.

I always think that for those whose parents or relatives are good in culinary skills, they should learn to cook with them so that their skills & recipes can be passed on 手艺不会失传. This also apply to any other skill. I'm sure they will be very delighted that their children or offsprings show interests & appreciation in what they are doing & willing to learn.

Yes, this was the mable cake I have brought to auntie Irene's house for her & some of u to try. Thanks for your compliment, I still need to improve on the texutre.

We cherished our parent when they were around, it's a pity they couldn't live a longer life with us but....

...hope the younger generations will cherish their parents...

跟auntie Irene 说我要做云石牛油蛋糕了,她说几乎每个都在做方型的,要我试做个圆形的看看,我告诉她我正有此意,哈哈,因为好像没有方型的tin ;p
