Sweet bun 小甜面包

这是昨天Auntie IreneNicole 和我一起做的小甜面包Auntie Irene 说看到Mary 做的 mini hot dog bun 好滑好美,大家对面包的口感也赞不绝口,所以手痒痒,也想做一些,哈哈~


我们做了多种pattern和馅料的sweet bun,有hot dog, pizza, 绿豆畔,cream cheesestreasel, 还第一次尝试做了一个新的streasel topping呢,烘过之后streasel的口感好香脆啊!一做完毕,我们就迫不及待的唰了几个新鲜出炉的面包当晚餐咯。。。


隔天面包的口感还是很松软的,家人和同事吃了,都不约而同的赞: ‘the texture is very nice!’ .


这个improved recipe 就是不一样,要感谢auntie Irene师傅和面包达人Mary的多次努力尝试而得的成果。

…发酵后的样子,发得前所未有的大噢!看到没有?左边发到像ba ru ku 一样,差一点就要破洞了耶!

说真心话, 这面包真的是super nice. :)

那來的禍啊﹖是福唷﹗那些麵包到了第二天還是那麼的柔軟﹐真的是吃得好開心﹗

要謝謝師傅 Auntie Irene 和 師姐 Mary 的用心和努力﹐還有師姐 Margaret 的巧手﹐當然還有我的雞手鴨腳。昨天讓我吃到了非常非常。。。好吃的麵包。

Margaret,

Can tell your bread very nice especially just came out oven, the buns are very....very soft. If you eat one bun will cause you won't stop eating... take one and another one...Ha! ha!

Auntie Irene那里会这样说你,她疼你都来不及了,哈哈~
你太谦虚了,这次你惹的是好祸,就是因为你执意要吃到你想要的面包口感而一再的尝试,和Auntie Irene一起研讨材料,我们才有口福,吃到口感绝佳的面包。真心谢谢~

还有,auntie Irene不是出无字天书,她是千言万语,尽在不言中啦。。。嘻嘻~

Welcome to my blog.

yes, we have great fun learning baking from auntie Irene. We learn from her as & when we or she have the time, not weekly. If a few of us have the interest to learn the same item, we will learn together.

Auntie Irene is very nice, she will try to conduct baking class to suit your needs and schedule, on weekdays as well as weekends.

Certain recipes need to see the whole process & hands-on practice in order to do it right, bread making is one of them. This is particularly essential if one is new in baking.
