ya, we cooked many dishes, spread over a few weekends. The savory dishes are indeed delicious. Actually we have cooked many more but for the time being, auntie Irene only selected a few for posting to whet your appetite...heehee...

the 1st picture is a Jewish bread known as bagel, it is ususally shaped like doughnuts but of a different texture. Usually have it halved and spread with cheese, jam or make sandwich out of it.
