星期二 Michelle Chear 专程从JB驱车来auntie Irene 家，把auntie Irene 托她买的东西送过来，同时向 auntie Irene 讨教软绵面包的制作。Auntie Irene 看到Michelle 做的甜面包很漂亮，手又痒起来，也想做金瓜面包。由于比较清闲，自己一个人越做越起劲，巧思构想，搞起创意来，做了好多款式的造型小面包，有好几个pattern 我还是第一次见到。金瓜天然的橙黄色，烘了之后非常漂亮。。。
面包里有好料哟！有cheese hotdog 和 Michelle 从JB买来的巧克力莲蓉馅，非常美味可口！配上高纤维的金瓜面包，又健康又营养！我们试吃了一个cheese hotdog bun ，哇！真的非常松软好吃！
有卡通脸, 陀螺, 和榴莲造型的。。。
加了咖啡豆后，眼睛特大特黑，乍看像有着大嘴巴的青蛙。。。

还有刷上cheddar cheese 三角型面包
我喜欢这些 圈圈的立体感。。。
这次面包大丰收的总产量咯。。。
看了那么多漂亮的造型面包，你比较喜欢那几个呢？
要感谢auntie Irene 把做好的面包都让我拿回家与家人分享当早餐，自己只留了几个享用。。。
有做得像沙发和花卉的pumpkin bread。。。
有榴莲造型面包，瑞士卷切割并排在模型里的花纹面包。。。

昨天就聼說了這麵包，今天就看到了美麗的图片接着又收到sms, 有人說這麵包有多好吃，有多软。。。。使到我這個麵包痴，聽到口水流，看到肚子餓。唉！！ :)

hehe...all were the creations of our bakery master auntie Irene....how to eat? can, eat slowly and admire at the same time lo...the pumpkin buns really have a very soft texture.

thanks for viewing my blog and for the compliments.
I'm using Toyomi oven, however, u may want to consider getting Turbo oven 23L which auntie irene is currently using. As u can see, she uses it to bake very nice kueh lapis since her expensive micro-conv bake oven can't get a good result. For the month of July, Turbo oven is having promotion whereby 10% discount with free delivery will be given to 972 listeners.
