层出不穷的周末美味佳肴

星期六下午在auntie Irene 家,除有特地来学做Macaron的Mabel,Nicole 和我也着手帮忙auntie Irene 烘制传统月饼 !没错,就是月饼。。。原来auntie Irene 要预先试用新的Turbo 23L烤箱烘制月饼。。。我们不禁感叹时间飞逝而过,一转眼,再多两个多月就是中秋节了,想当初我们好几位,还一起兴致勃勃地向auntie Irene学习制作月饼呢, 熟悉的敲击桌面脱模kok, kok, kok, kok 声又响起了,哈哈哈,后来加入的L-5 第一次学做月饼,也做得不亦乐乎,我和Nicole 不但可以复习也非常关照的让L-5有多点机会练习,难得轻松一下,嘻嘻~~

星期天,我与Nicole 和 L-5 又聚在auntie Irene 家一起学做了好几样菜肴和糕点。。。

你有吃过用面线制作的kueh kosui吗? Auntie Irene 从朋友那里得知这个另类做法的食谱后,跃跃欲试,把它改良做成娘惹风味的蒸面线椰糕,材料除了有面线,还有椰糖,椰奶和芡粉,口感Q Q 的,像年糕但比年糕还软和有弹性,沾上新鲜椰丝,不失为一个好吃的娘惹式糕点,吃了嘴颊留香。。。这个食谱auntie Irene 会安排在今天和明天,通过 粉樱的厨房笔记与972听众分享,留意收听哦!

Auntie Irene 用Turbo gas hobs 烹煮了这个鲜甜好吃的福建虾面汤,这汤头可是用猪大骨,虾壳,甘蔗,冰糖等多种材料熬煮了大半天的浓郁虾汤,我们还加了丰富的佐料,除了有鲜虾,还有排骨瘦肉,豆芽雍菜,鱼饼香油葱等等。。。Auntie Irene 教我们如此吃法:要加多热汤让汤覆盖米粉面和佐料,先呷一口汤,品尝汤的鲜甜,再夹一只虾肉入口中慢慢嘴嚼,感觉虾的鲜味,再吃爽口的豆芽,然后乘热享用至完。如此可口的虾面汤,哪里受得了,我们要瘦也难,因为忍不住又多吃了一碗,吃得我们好满足哦! 我们煮多了,吃了到很撑也吃不完,剩余的auntie Irene 让、要我打包给家人享用,家人为了吃我推荐的虾面破例吃宵夜,嘻嘻~ 吃后赞不绝口,赞费时准备的汤非常鲜甜够味! 谢谢auntie Irene 的分享!

我们的晚餐,也包括了Nicole的最爱,用Joanne 从槟城带来的香辣笆拉煎粉炒Kang Kong 姜葱炒猪肝,与红辣椒一起炒,都非常芳香入味!

贴心的Auntie Irene 就是这样宠着我们,非常感谢她又让我们大饱口福了!

margaret, wow every weekend so many delicious food to eat see already cannot "tahan".

Time really flies, another two more month is the mooncake festival,so believe everybody going to be very busy making mooncake liao.

Aiyo, what a waste? Boh bian lah, left my hp in office, not contactable lor.

Time flies, 1 year liao, last year I baked so many mooncakes for my mum, think this year will be the same lor.

Must learn the prawn soup, cos my hubby prawn noodle lover, the ingredients sound simple, easy?

Kuih kosui so many! Take my share oso hor? Haha...

haha...ya, we really enjoy eating the food cook by auntie Irene, always very tasty... like the pig liver, think this must be the 3rd time we ate, it's Nicole's as well as my favourite dish...

yeah, times flies, remembered those time when some of u frantically producing mooncakes to give to friends & relatives.

so u left our hp in the office, no wonder auntie Irene tried calling u, u didn't answer and didn't return her call. We were wondering what happened to your hp.

yeah I remembered helping u to rush out many mini mooncakes for your mum last year.

I supposed the other side ingredients are rather easy to prepare, but for the prawn soup, beside getting the necessary ingredients, need to brew it for many hours in order to get a really sweet tasty soup.

I thought u were going to have it for supper last night...

ya, tomorrow will be the 3rd day, the mooncake will be softer and ready to consume. Aha, think u must be very eagar wanting to try it out right? haha..can see cannot eat...be patient ok?

这麽多的美食,虾面汤是我的最爱,想到也好久没煮虾面汤了,家人都很喜欢吃!

哈哈哈,想不到虾面汤是那么多人的最爱哦,这也难怪,一般虾汤头的主要用材是猪骨和鲜虾头虾壳,加上其他自然香料熬几个小时而得,海鲜和骨髓精华都在汤里,所以非常鲜甜可口,人人喜爱喝。

不过还是家里做的汤头健康好喝(废话),不像外面卖的,有一些小贩为了要使汤甜美,加了很多味精调味,喝多了口会渴 ,有时中味精毒,头还会晕,所以在外面我也不敢要太多汤来喝,除非喝过知道没有添加味精。

好啊,大家一起留意收听,我也会听!嘻嘻~
