美味佳肴周末二连拍
星期六与Nicole, Joanne 和 Sharon 在auntie Irene 家一起重点学做法国巴黎精致甜点心Macaron。这食谱是经过auntie Irene 多次尝试得到的成果和心得,材料虽简单,做起来可不然哦。。。总而言之,我们都领教了要做到看到‘脚’却不要看到‘角’的难度咯,第一次做这个Macaron好有挑战性哟,下次可要铭记师傅的教诲...不能提太高...嘻嘻~~
这就是我做的半份Macaron, 考一考你的眼力,我一共做了多少个夹心Macaron呢!
虽然我的Macaron还有待进步,不过大家都说我做的粉红Macaron小巧可爱,颜色漂亮哟...嘻嘻...把两片配成一对,涂了芳香的草莓巧克力,表皮外脆内湿润,像在吃棉花糖似的,口感超棒,吃后口留余香,不可言喻!

汇集了auntie Irene, Nicole, Joanne,Sharon 和我的成品,有巧克力,咖啡,草莓,花生和杏仁 Macaroon...那么多种口味,肯定有你喜欢的口味...试问谁受得了它的诱惑啊! 大家还是喜欢涂上花生酱的花生马卡龙

还是用mee-tai-mak 做的笋粿,未蒸前后的对照,皮薄馅多,透明剔透,无与伦比的好吃!
连我们小Oink 也吃到欲罢不能哟,嘻嘻~

Puff Pastry & 荀粿对对碰
昨天在auntie Irene 家,Nicole, Mabel 和我一起学做puff pastry 的皮,一人做一份,还炒了chicken pie 的fillings 和沙汀鱼来包馅。

看到了吗!这个close-up 的水果盅就看到许多皮层,auntie Irene 做的puff pastry 真的非常棒,很香,很酥脆...

咖椰...面包...puff pastry...muachi...之享用天
星期六在老地方,除了见到Nicole也见到了对草莓巧可力慕丝蛋糕念念不忘的Eileen(& hubby) 和Mabel , 还有想学汤种面包制作的May呢! 我们这半打女生济济一堂,边做边吃,不亦乐乎的过了充实的一天....谢谢auntie Irene的分享和教导...

结果呢...大多数的人还是比较喜欢吃口碑很好的传统口味的咖椰哟!

开心满足的吃咖椰配面包, 哇~嘸得顶! 哈哈~
auntie Irene 说puff pastry让她回忆起了MC King, 这是生前最喜欢吃的美食之一,当时他也教了她拍食物照片要近距离特写才出色...
在此也要谢谢Nicole经不起auntie Irene 的碎碎念,一再帮忙把花生磨碎碎...嘻嘻~~
