Ya lor, just learn how to post photo on blog recently, & now have a bit of time, so try to post them before I lose sight of them.
Haven't got a chance to do bread on my own yet, but it is on my waiting list lah...it's getting longer & longer liao.. I still want to do the chocholate cake, steam fruits cake first leh. This weekend may join my family to stay in Swisstel hotel to view the National Day preview. So actually thinking of doing something to bring there if I can and have enough time. Perhaps tomorrow night or Sat morning, see can make the steam fruit cake. Haven't bought the orange flavour yet -Auntie Irene shifu said that is a must, otherwise the cake will not be nice.
How about u? trying out anything on your own? U can do easy ones in smaller portion like curry puff, fa gou..etc..u also cannot be lazy ya *) hhahaa.
so both of you (+ Camille) have decided to go to Batam huh, I haven't made up my mind yet, still have a long time to consider right?

Oinkoink oso have a long list, 豆沙饼, 老婆饼, puff pastry and steam mix fruit cake, but keep baking chocolate cakes cos my mum and her friends like it.
This sat I will go watch the NDP preview with my hubby and friends, nearly 20yrs nvr go liao. My hubby dont want to bring piglet there cos too crowded and noisy and he want to sleep oso. Next time lor when he's bigger.

aiya, you know la i just rent people room only! somemore my landlord dont like people cook, just only can do light cooking only! so :( so i just can do enzyme!
ya, me and camille maybe will go down to ren ren to register next week, make you mind lo! if can go together i think will have more fun!

ya Mary, 我很惭鬼 I'm not so hardworking like u & Doreen & others, after work can still go home to cook/bake,我真的很佩服你们的积极和速度。I at best can bake during weekends if time permits, coz also have housework to catch up. I bought various types of ingredients, hoping to make at least 1 to 2 items from the receipe list every weekend..Also, sometimes want to make but still have other food at home or the fridge has no place to store..so no incentive to make lor..

ya, chocolate are alot of people's favourite, just cannot resist that chocolate temptation, hahaha. But don't over-consume as it is rather rich & fattening...
Good idea not to bring your piglet there, he may not get used to the noise, crowd & heat, & if he becomes restless, u will not be able to enjoy the show..

I do understand the constraint when living in with landlord. Perhaps next time can consider renting whole flat & share with friends..
